Will SweetFX be usable with the proxy?

I really love how SweetFX/ReShade makes some games pop out more, will it work with this proxy?

Probably not since this proxy does not allow for additional proxy chaining to happen.

Is it possible to allow chaining or some other method for further enhanced graphics? SweetFX comes to mind but there might be other wrappers similar to DGVoodoo which brings enables injecting some shadow magic for better visuals. I understand if it's a bridge too far.

From what I have heard from some others, they were able to get SweetFX and ReShade working with this but I am not sure what steps they took to make it happen. I don't use either of those projects so I'm not familiar with how they work with other projects like this.

Any plans to expand on this to make it a more general speed up even for non-Windows 10 users? Not sure how much development effort is required and I'm 100% willing to support in any way required. FFXI being DX8 only and there not being a good wrapper to make it DX9 or higher is really holding us back.

This proxy should work for any version of Windows, the main objective was for people on Win10 with the extremely poor performance due to Nvidia Optimus and AMD Switchable Graphics. But the proxy works fine on systems that don't need it. Such as my desktop on Windows 8.1 with a GTX 970, runs the game fine already without the proxy but the proxy works great on it as well.

From what I have been told, users have gotten SweetFX and ReShade to work with the proxy with some limitations due to depth buffer issues.

Any way we can get in contact or figure out how? ReShade dumps a d3d9.dll along with it's configuration file into the target executables folder with it's shader files. Should I dump it in Ashita's folder / ect..

I will try and get in touch with the person that was using it and see if he can post here.
